QT4-18 هي آلة تشكيل طوب متوسطة الحجم، كاملة الأتمتة وعالية الكفاءة، تحقق توازناً مثالياً بين تكلفة الاستثمار، وكفاءة الإنتاج، ومتطلبات المساحة. تصل إلى إنتاج عالي الكفاءة من خلال نهج \"الإيقاع السريع، والدفعات الصغيرة\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

كفاءة الإنتاج السريع: \nنظرياً، يمكن إنتاج 4 طوب مفرغ قياسي (400*200*200 ملم) كل 18 ثانية، مما يؤدي إلى إنتاج 6400 طوبة مفرغة يومياً (في 8 ساعات عمل).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

د. بعد إنتاج الكتل، يقوم مستقبل الكتل بتسليمها إلى المكدس.
هـ. رافعة شوكية تنقل الكتل إلى منطقة المعالجة، تحتاج إلى عامل واحد
منطقة المعالجة: تحتاج المعالجة من 10 إلى 15 يومًا، ثم يتم إخراج البلوكات من البليت؛ ويحتاج ذلك إلى عاملين.
بعد المعالجة، يتم إخراج الكتل من الباليت، ثم ينقل الباليت إلى آلة تغذية الباليت بواسطة الرافعة الشوكية.
