La QT4-15 est une machine de moulage de blocs de taille moyenne, entièrement automatique et à haut rendement qui offre un équilibre optimal entre le coût d’investissement, l’efficacité de production et les exigences d’espace. Elle atteint une production à haut rendement grâce à une approche « rythme rapide, petits lots ».<\/span>
Le prix normal d’une ligne de fabrication de blocs creux sera d’environ 20000 $, le prix variant en fonction des différents moules et accessoires.<\/span>
Efficacité de production rapide : Théoriquement, elle peut produire 4 briques creuses standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes, ce qui donne une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 7680 briques creuses.<\/span>
Costo de inversión razonable: Debido a su estructura principal relativamente compacta y a su configuración de sistema hidráulico y de vibración más pequeña en comparación con modelos más grandes (como el QT8-15), el costo total de compra del equipo de la línea de producción es menor, lo que la hace muy atractiva para inversores con presupuestos moderados.
