Producci&oacute;n de componentes prefabricados para diversos proyectos de ingenier&iacute;a urbana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descripci&oacute;n de la producci&oacute;n en la f&aacute;brica de ladrillos QT10-15<\/strong><br>a. Las materias primas se suministran a la m&aacute;quina dosificadora utilizando una cargadora de ruedas; se requiere 1 trabajador.<br>b. El cemento se suministra a la mezcladora desde el silo de cemento mediante un transportador de tornillo de cemento.<br>c. La mezcladora mezcla los ingredientes y luego los suministra a la m&aacute;quina de fabricaci&oacute;n de ladrillos; la cinta transportadora aqu&iacute; requiere 1 trabajador.<br>d. Despu&eacute;s de hacer el bloque, mueva el bloque a la apiladora.<br>El montacargas transporta el bloque al &aacute;rea de mantenimiento; se necesita 1 trabajador.<br>f. &Aacute;rea de mantenimiento: El mantenimiento requiere de 10 a 15 d&iacute;as, luego se retira el bloque del palet; se necesitan de 1 a 2 trabajadores.<br>g.
