Elle atteint une haute efficacit&eacute; de production gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une approche de &laquo; rythme acc&eacute;l&eacute;r&eacute;, petits lots &raquo;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rapidit&eacute; d'Efficacit&eacute; de Production :<\/strong>Th&eacute;oriquement, il peut produire 4 briques perfor&eacute;es standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 18 secondes, ce qui donne une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 6400 briques perfor&eacute;es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Co&ucirc;t d'investissement raisonnable<\/strong>En raison de sa structure principale relativement compacte et de sa configuration plus petite des syst&egrave;mes hydraulique et de vibration par rapport aux mod&egrave;les plus grands (comme le QT8-15), le co&ucirc;t global d'achat de l'&eacute;quipement de la ligne de production est inf&eacute;rieur, ce qui la rend tr&egrave;s attrayante pour les investisseurs disposant de budgets mod&eacute;r&eacute;s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Petite Empreinte :<\/strong>L'ensemble de la ligne de production (y compris la doseuse, le convoyeur, l'unit&eacute; principale et l'empileuse) n&eacute;cessite une surface d'usine relativement r&eacute;duite, ce qui diminue les co&ucirc;ts de location ou de construction de l'usine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Op&eacute;ration enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e :<\/strong>&Eacute;quip&eacute;e d'un syst&egrave;me de contr&ocirc;le PLC, elle permet une automatisation compl&egrave;te depuis l'alimentation des mati&egrave;res, le moulage, le d&eacute;moulage jusqu'au transport des palettes. La mati&egrave;re premi&egrave;re est livr&eacute;e &agrave; la doseuse &agrave; l'aide d'une chargeuse sur roues, n&eacute;cessitant 1 travailleur.<br>b. Le ciment est livr&eacute; dans le m&eacute;langeur, du silo &agrave; ciment par le convoyeur &agrave; vis de ciment.<br>c. Le m&eacute;langeur m&eacute;lange le mat&eacute;riau, puis le livre &agrave; la machine &agrave; briques par convoyeur ; ici, il faut 1 travailleur.<br>d. Apr&egrave;s avoir produit les blocs, le r&eacute;cepteur de blocs les remet &agrave; l'empileur.<br>f. Le chariot &eacute;l&eacute;vateur transporte les blocs vers la zone de durcissement, n&eacute;cessite 1 travailleur.<br>f. Zone de cure : Le durcissement n&eacute;cessite 10 &agrave; 15 jours, apr&egrave;s quoi les blocs sont retir&eacute;s de la palette ; cela n&eacute;cessite 1 &agrave; 2 travailleurs.<br>g. Apr&egrave;s la cure, les blocs sont retir&eacute;s de la palette, la palette est transport&eacute;e vers la machine d'alimentation des palettes par chariot &eacute;l&eacute;vateur.
