QT4-18 est une machine de moulage de briques de taille moyenne, entièrement automatique et hautement efficace, qui réalise un équilibre optimal entre le coût d'investissement, l'efficacité de production et les exigences d'espace. Elle atteint une production de haute efficacité grâce à l'approche « rythme rapide, lots réduits ».
Pour la ligne de production de briques creuses ordinaires, le prix sera d'environ 11 000 à 13 000 dollars.
Efficacité de production rapide : en théorie, elle peut produire 4 briques creuses standard (400 * 200 * 200 mm) toutes les 18 secondes, ce qui permet une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 6400 briques creuses.
Coût d'investissement raisonnable : Grâce à sa structure de module principal relativement intégrée et à sa configuration de système hydraulique et vibratoire plus petite que les modèles plus grands (comme le QT8-15), le coût total d'achat de l'équipement de la ligne de production est inférieur, ce qui la rend très attractive pour les investisseurs ayant des budgets modérés.
Petite superficie: La ligne de production complète (comprenant la machine de mélange, le convoyeur à bande, l'unité principale et la machine d'empilage) nécessite une superficie d'usine relativement réduite, ce qui diminue les coûts de location ou de construction de l'usine.
Fonctionnement entièrement automatique : Équipé d'un système de contrôle PLC, il permet une automatisation complète depuis l'alimentation en matières premières, le moulage, le démoulage jusqu'au transport des palettes. La section d'empilement peut être équipée soit d'une machine d'empilement automatique, soit d'un système de distribution de briques plus simple et économique.
Machine polyvalente : en changeant les moules, elle peut également produire divers produits en ciment tels que des blocs, des pavés et des briques de pavage.
