QT4-25 est une petite machine de moulage de blocs entièrement automatique, classique et très vendue, adaptée aux petits et moyens investisseurs, aux entreprises municipales et aux sociétés produisant des matériaux de construction en utilisant des déchets industriels (cendres volantes, scories, laitier minéral, déchets de construction, etc.).
Le prix normal d'un ensemble de machine à fabriquer des briques perforées QT4-25 est d'environ 10 000 $, et le prix peut varier légèrement selon les différents moules.
Le modèle indique une capacité de production de 4 briques perforées standard (400×200×200 mm) toutes les 25 secondes, ce qui théoriquement permet de produire 4680 briques perforées standard par jour (sur 8 heures).
Structure: Fabriqué à l'aide de moulages de haute résistance et haute précision, ainsi que de techniques et matériaux de soudage spéciaux, le corps de la machine est stable et assure une stabilité opérationnelle à long terme.
