QT10-15 est une machine de moulage de blocs entièrement automatique, à haute résistance et à haut rendement. Son nom, « QT10-15 », signifie qu'elle peut produire 10 briques creuses standard (400 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes.
Le prix habituel est d'environ 37 000 $ pour la chaîne de production de blocs de béton creux ; la liste de prix varie légèrement en fonction des différents moules de blocs.
Caractéristiques principales :
Fonctionnement entièrement automatisé : de l'alimentation, du positionnement, du compactage par vibration, du démoulage, au transport du produit fini, en passant par le transfert de palettes et l'empilage, toutes les opérations sont contrôlées automatiquement par un automate programmable (PLC). L'intervention humaine est principalement réservée à la surveillance, à la maintenance et à la préparation des matières premières.
Production à haut rendement : Capable de produire facilement plus de 19 200 briques creuses par jour (8 heures).
Fonctionnalité polyvalente : En changeant les différents moules, le QT10-15 peut produire une variété de produits en ciment, y compris : Différents types de blocs : blocs creux, blocs pleins. Pavés : pavés à gazon, pavés drainants, pavés de terrasse, bordures, etc. Idéal pour les usines de matériaux de construction et les briqueteries de taille moyenne à grande. Description de la production à l'usine de briques QT10-15<\/strong>
a. Les matières premières sont fournies à la machine de dosage à l'aide d'une chargeuse sur pneus ; nécessite 1 ouvrier.
b. Le ciment est acheminé du silo à ciment vers la malaxeur par un convoyeur à vis à ciment.
c. Le mélangeur mélange les matières premières, puis les fournit à la machine à fabriquer les briques ; le convoyeur ici nécessite 1 ouvrier.
d. Après avoir fait le bloc, déplacez le bloc vers l’empileuse.
