Son nom, \"QT10-15\", signifie qu'elle peut produire 10 briques de ciment standard (400mm &times; 200mm &times; 200mm) toutes les 15 secondes.<br>Le co&ucirc;t de construction d'un garage pour deux voitures est d'environ 37 000 $ en moyenne, selon la voie de production des blocs de b&eacute;ton ; la liste des prix varie l&eacute;g&egrave;rement en fonction des diff&eacute;rents types de blocs de brique.<br>Caract&eacute;ristiques principales :<br>Travail enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute; : Du chargement, de l'empilage, du pressage &agrave; chaud, du d&eacute;chargement, jusqu'au transport des produits finis, au transport des palettes et au pressage, tout est contr&ocirc;l&eacute; automatiquement par un contr&ocirc;leur logique programmable (CLP) qui peut &ecirc;tre configur&eacute;. L'&eacute;quipement d'utilisation de la chargeuse sur pneus pour l'alimentation de la centrale &agrave; b&eacute;ton ; n&eacute;cessite 1 op&eacute;rateur.<br>b. Ciment d'infiltration dans le collecteur, d&ucirc; &agrave; l'&eacute;coulement du ciment par la vis transporteuse de ciment.<br>c. Assemblage des composants, puis transfert vers la machine &agrave; briques ; le convoyeur n&eacute;cessite ici 1 op&eacute;rateur.<br>d. Apr&egrave;s avoir fabriqu&eacute; les blocs, chargez les blocs sur l'empileuse.<br>f. Transporter les blocs vers la zone de durcissement ; n&eacute;cessite 1 ouvrier.<br>f.
