Production de composants pr&eacute;fabriqu&eacute;s pour divers projets de g&eacute;nie urbain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Description du produit de la machine &agrave; briques QT10-15<\/strong><br>A. Pour introduire les mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res dans la machine de mesure, on utilise un chargeur sur roues ; 1 travailleur est n&eacute;cessaire.<br>a. Le ciment est achemin&eacute; du silo &agrave; ciment vers le malaxeur via le convoyeur &agrave; vis de ciment.<br>H. Le m&eacute;langeur final m&eacute;lange les ingr&eacute;dients puis les transf&egrave;re vers la machine &agrave; briques ; le convoyeur ici n&eacute;cessite 1 travailleur.<br>Apr&egrave;s avoir cr&eacute;&eacute; des blocs, ils les transf&egrave;rent vers une cha&icirc;ne de blocs.<br>Forklift transf&egrave;re les blocs vers la zone de stockage ; 1 travailleur est requis.<br>R. Zone de stockage : Le stockage n&eacute;cessite 10 &agrave; 15 jours, puis retirez les blocs de la palette ; 1 &agrave; 2 travailleurs sont n&eacute;cessaires.<br>S.
