Sa d&eacute;signation de mod&egrave;le indique la capacit&eacute; de produire 4 briques de ciment creuses de taille standard (400*200*200mm) toutes les 40 secondes, ce qui se traduit par une capacit&eacute; de production quotidienne (8 heures) de 2880 briques creuses de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est nettement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui d'une ligne enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e, mais la capacit&eacute; de production est assez importante, ce qui entra&icirc;ne une p&eacute;riode de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration des investissements plus courte. Le prix habituel d'un ensemble complet de ligne de production de blocs creux est d'environ 2800 dollars. La liste de prix varie l&eacute;g&egrave;rement selon le type d'accessoires pour briques.<br>Op&eacute;ration et maintenance simples.<br>Structure plus simple que les lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, taux de panne plus faible, co&ucirc;ts de maintenance r&eacute;duits et exigences moindres pour les op&eacute;rateurs.<br>La r&eacute;sistance du produit est &eacute;lev&eacute;e. Une force vibrante plus puissante et une pression hydraulique assurent la densit&eacute; et la qualit&eacute; de formage de la mati&egrave;re premi&egrave;re des briques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inconv&eacute;nient : Le traitement manuel des briques de ciment n&eacute;cessite encore l'utilisation de chariots, et l'exploitation d'une ligne de production enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e n'a pas &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;alis&eacute;e.
