Sa d&eacute;signation de mod&egrave;le indique une capacit&eacute; de production de 4 parpaings de ciment de taille standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 40 secondes, offrant ainsi une capacit&eacute; de production quotidienne (8 heures) de 2880 parpaings de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est nettement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des lignes enti&egrave;rement automatiques, mais la production est assez importante, ce qui entra&icirc;ne une p&eacute;riode de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration courte. Le prix normal serait d'environ 2800 $ pour une ligne de production de blocs creux; la liste de prix varie l&eacute;g&egrave;rement selon les diff&eacute;rents types de moules &agrave; briques.<br>Op&eacute;ration et entretien simples.<br>La structure est plus simple que celle d'une ligne enti&egrave;rement automatique, le taux de d&eacute;faillance est plus faible, les co&ucirc;ts de maintenance sont r&eacute;duits et elle est moins exigeante pour les op&eacute;rateurs.<br>Puissance &eacute;lev&eacute;e du produit. Des vibrations et une pression hydraulique plus fortes assurent la densit&eacute; et la qualit&eacute; du moulage des &eacute;bauches de briques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inconv&eacute;nient: N&eacute;cessite encore la manutention manuelle des blocs de ciment &agrave; l'aide de chariots, n'atteignant pas une op&eacute;ration de ligne de production enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e.
