QT4-40 est une machine de moulage de blocs semi-automatique compacte et à haut rendement. Sa désignation de modèle indique une capacité de production de 4 briques de ciment creuses de taille standard (400*200*200mm) toutes les 40 secondes, ce qui se traduit par une capacité de production quotidienne (8 heures) de 2880 briques creuses de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le prix est nettement inférieur à celui des chaînes de production entièrement automatisées, tout en maintenant une production significative, ce qui entraîne une période de récupération du capital courte. Le prix normal pour une chaîne de production de blocs de béton creux se situe autour de 2800 $ par ensemble ; la tarification varie légèrement selon les différents types de moules pour blocs.
Fonctionnement et entretien simples.
Structure plus simple que la ligne de production entièrement automatisée, taux de panne plus faible, coûts de maintenance réduits et exigences moindres pour les opérateurs.

Inconvénients : Le traitement manuel des briques de ciment avec des chariots reste nécessaire, ce qui empêche d'atteindre une chaîne de production entièrement automatisée. La capacité de production est limitée par la vitesse du traitement manuel et ne peut être augmentée indéfiniment en prolongeant le temps de cycle comme dans une ligne entièrement automatisée.
Dans le processus de production, il est nécessaire de remplir manuellement les matières premières et de décharger manuellement les briques\/les transférer avec un chariot élévateur : les briques moulées, ainsi que les palettes, sont poussées hors du moule, puis les ouvriers utilisent des chariots manuels pour transporter les piles de briques brutes vers la zone de cure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
