Sa d&eacute;signation de mod&egrave;le indique une capacit&eacute; de production de 4 briques de ciment creuses de dimensions standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 40 secondes, ce qui se traduit par une capacit&eacute; de production quotidienne (8 heures) de 2880 briques creuses de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est nettement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des lignes enti&egrave;rement automatiques, mais la production est consid&eacute;rable, ce qui entra&icirc;ne une courte p&eacute;riode d'amortissement. Le prix normal sera d'environ 2800 $ pour un ensemble de ligne de production de blocs creux ; la liste des prix variera l&eacute;g&egrave;rement selon les diff&eacute;rents types de moules &agrave; briques.<br>Fonctionnement et entretien simples.<br>Structure plus simple que les lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, taux de panne inf&eacute;rieur, co&ucirc;ts de maintenance r&eacute;duits et moins exigeant pour les op&eacute;rateurs.<br>R&eacute;sistance &eacute;lev&eacute;e du produit. Une force de vibration et une pression hydraulique plus fortes garantissent la densit&eacute; et la qualit&eacute; du moulage des &eacute;bauches de briques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inconv&eacute;nients : N&eacute;cessite encore le d&eacute;placement manuel des blocs de ciment &agrave; l'aide de chariots, n'atteignant pas un fonctionnement enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute; de la ligne de production.
