Sa conception d&eacute;montre une capacit&eacute; de production de 4 briques de ciment standard (400*200*200mm) toutes les 40 secondes, g&eacute;n&eacute;rant une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 8 pouces de briques creuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est tr&egrave;s inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des lignes de production compl&egrave;tes, et la production est efficace, ce qui entra&icirc;ne une courte p&eacute;riode de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration. Le prix standard serait d'environ 2800 $ pour une ligne de production de blocs creux; la liste de prix variera en fonction des diff&eacute;rents types de briques.<br>Fonctionnement simple et entretien facile.<br>La construction est plus simple qu'un syst&egrave;me de c&acirc;blage complet, avec un faible taux de d&eacute;faillance, des co&ucirc;ts de maintenance r&eacute;duits et moins d'exigences en mati&egrave;re de main-d'&oelig;uvre.<br>Produit solide. La d&eacute;tection de la densit&eacute; et de la qualit&eacute; du fa&ccedil;onnage des briques repose sur une vibration puissante et une pression hydraulique robuste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probl&egrave;me: La production de briques de ciment est actuellement contr&ocirc;l&eacute;e manuellement &agrave; l'aide de v&eacute;hicules, ce qui emp&ecirc;che d'atteindre une capacit&eacute; de production optimale.
