QT4-15 est une machine de production de blocs de taille moyenne, entièrement automatique et hautement efficace, qui offre un équilibre optimal entre le coût de l'investissement, l'efficacité de la production et les exigences d'espace. Elle atteint une haute efficacité de production grâce à l'approche \"rythme rapide, petits lots\".
Le prix normal d'une ligne de production de blocs creux est d'environ 20 000 dollars américains, le prix variant en fonction des différentes formes et accessoires.
Haute efficacité de production : Théoriquement, il peut produire 4 blocs creux standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes, ce qui conduit à une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 7680 blocs creux.
Coût d'investissement raisonnable : Grâce à sa conception relativement compacte du bloc principal et à une configuration réduite des systèmes hydraulique et vibratoire par rapport aux modèles plus grands (comme le QT8-15), le coût total d'acquisition de la ligne de production est inférieur, ce qui la rend très attractive pour les investisseurs disposant d'un budget modéré.
Faible encombrement : L'ensemble de la ligne de production (y compris le doseur, le tapis roulant, l'unité principale et le palettiseur) nécessite une surface d'usine relativement réduite, ce qui diminue les coûts de location ou de construction de l'usine.
