Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; son approche &laquo; production rapide en petits lots &raquo;, elle permet une fabrication &agrave; haut rendement.<br>Le prix standard d'une ligne de production de blocs creux est d'environ 20 000 dollars, et le co&ucirc;t varie en fonction des moules et des accessoires.<br>Efficacit&eacute; de production rapide : en th&eacute;orie, il est possible de produire 4 blocs creux standards (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes, ce qui permet une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 7680 blocs creux.<br>Co&ucirc;t d'investissement raisonnable : Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une structure de module principal relativement compacte et une configuration de syst&egrave;me hydraulique et vibratoire de plus petite &eacute;chelle compar&eacute;e aux mod&egrave;les de grande taille (comme le QT8-15), le co&ucirc;t total d'achat des &eacute;quipements de la ligne de production reste faible, ce qui est tr&egrave;s attractif pour les investisseurs disposant d'un budget mod&eacute;r&eacute;.<br>Faible empreinte au sol : N&eacute;cessite une surface d'usine relativement petite pour l'ensemble de la ligne de production (y compris la machine de dosage, le tapis roulant, l'unit&eacute; principale et la palettiseur), r&eacute;duisant ainsi les co&ucirc;ts de location ou de construction de l'usine.<br>Op&eacute;ration enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e : &Eacute;quip&eacute; d'un syst&egrave;me de contr&ocirc;le par API, il r&eacute;alise une automatisation compl&egrave;te de l'alimentation en mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res, du moulage, du d&eacute;moulage jusqu'au transport des palettes.
