La QT4-15 est une machine à blocs de taille moyenne, entièrement automatique et hautement efficace, offrant un équilibre optimal entre les coûts d'investissement, l'efficacité de production et les exigences d'espace. Elle atteint une production hautement efficace grâce à une approche \"à cycle rapide et à petits lots\".
Le prix normal d'une ligne de production de blocs creux est d'environ 20 000 dollars américains, le prix variant en fonction des différentes formes et accessoires.
Efficacité de production rapide : Théoriquement, elle peut produire 4 blocs creux standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes, ce qui conduit à une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 7680 blocs creux.
Coûts d'investissement appropriés : Grâce à sa structure d'agrégats principaux relativement compacte et à une configuration plus petite des systèmes hydrauliques et de vibration par rapport aux modèles plus grands (comme le QT8-15), les coûts totaux d'achat des équipements de la ligne de production sont plus bas, ce qui la rend très attractive pour les investisseurs disposant de budgets intermédiaires.
