Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; son approche \"vitesse rapide, lots de petite taille\", elle permet d'atteindre une production hautement efficace.<br>Le prix normal d'une ligne de production de blocs creux standard est d'environ 20 000 $, et le prix varie en fonction des diff&eacute;rents moules et accessoires.<br>Efficacit&eacute; de production rapide : en th&eacute;orie, il est possible de produire 4 briques creuses standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes, ce qui permet une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 7680 briques creuses.<br>Co&ucirc;t d'investissement raisonnable : Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une structure de l'unit&eacute; principale relativement compacte et &agrave; une configuration de syst&egrave;me hydraulique et vibratoire plus petite par rapport aux mod&egrave;les plus grands (par exemple QT8-15), le co&ucirc;t total d'achat des &eacute;quipements de la ligne de production est r&eacute;duit, ce qui est tr&egrave;s attractif pour les investisseurs disposant d'un budget mod&eacute;r&eacute;.<br>Faible occupation de l'espace : La ligne de production compl&egrave;te (comprenant la machine de dosage, le convoyeur &agrave; bande, l'unit&eacute; principale et le palettiseur) n&eacute;cessite une superficie d'usine relativement r&eacute;duite, ce qui permet de diminuer les co&ucirc;ts de location ou de construction de l'usine.<br>Fonctionnement enti&egrave;rement automatique : &Eacute;quip&eacute; d'un syst&egrave;me de contr&ocirc;le par API, il permet d'automatiser int&eacute;gralement le processus, de l'alimentation en mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res au moulage, au d&eacute;moulage et au transport des palettes.
