Son nom, \"QT10-15\", signifie qu'elle peut produire 10 briques creuses standard (400mm &times; 200mm &times; 200mm) toutes les 15 secondes.<br>Sur la base de la ligne de production de blocs, le prix normal est d'environ 37 000 $ ; la liste des prix variera l&eacute;g&egrave;rement en fonction des diff&eacute;rents moules &agrave; blocs.<br>Caract&eacute;ristiques principales :<br>Op&eacute;ration enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e : de l'alimentation en mat&eacute;riaux, du placement, du pressage par vibration, du d&eacute;moulage jusqu'au convoyage des produits finis, au transfert de palettes et &agrave; l'empilage, tout est contr&ocirc;l&eacute; automatiquement par un automate programmable (PLC). L'intervention humaine est principalement destin&eacute;e &agrave; l'observation, &agrave; la maintenance et &agrave; la pr&eacute;paration des mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res.<br>Production &agrave; haute efficacit&eacute; : elle peut facilement produire plus de 19 200 briques creuses par jour (8 heures).<br>Polyvalence fonctionnelle : En changeant diff&eacute;rents moules, la QT10-15 peut produire une large vari&eacute;t&eacute; de produits en ciment, incluant :  \n- Diff&eacute;rents types de blocs : blocs creux, blocs pleins.  \n- Pav&eacute;s : pav&eacute;s &agrave; gazon, briques perm&eacute;ables, dalles pour places publiques, pierres de bordure, etc.  \n- Id&eacute;al pour les usines de mat&eacute;riaux de construction de taille moyenne &agrave; grande et les briqueteries.  \n- Projets de valorisation des d&eacute;chets solides tels que les d&eacute;chets de construction, les cendres volantes et les scories.  \n- Production de composants pr&eacute;fabriqu&eacute;s pour divers projets de g&eacute;nie municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QT10-15 Usine de fabrication de machines &agrave; briques D&eacute;tails de production<\/strong><br>a. Un chargeur sur roues est utilis&eacute; pour livrer les mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res &agrave; la machine de m&eacute;lange par lots ; 1 ouvrier est requis.<br>b. Le ciment est livr&eacute; du silo &agrave; ciment au m&eacute;langeur par un convoyeur &agrave; vis de ciment.<br>c. Le m&eacute;langeur m&eacute;lange les mat&eacute;riaux, puis les livre &agrave; la machine &agrave; briques ; ici, 1 ouvrier est n&eacute;cessaire pour le convoyeur.<br>d. Apr&egrave;s la cr&eacute;ation des blocs, les blocs sont livr&eacute;s &agrave; un stackeur.<br>Les blocs de fourche sont livr&eacute;s dans la zone de durcissement ; 1 ouvrier est n&eacute;cessaire.<br>f. Zone de durcissement : Le durcissement n&eacute;cessite 10 &agrave; 15 jours, apr&egrave;s quoi les blocs sont retir&eacute;s des palettes ; 1 &agrave; 2 travailleurs sont n&eacute;cessaires.<br>g.
