QT10-15 est une machine de moulage de blocs entièrement automatique, à haute puissance et à haute efficacité. Son nom, \"QT10-15\", signifie qu'elle peut produire 10 briques creuses standard (400 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes.
Le prix général basé sur une ligne de production de blocs creux est d'environ 37 000 $ ; la liste des prix variera légèrement en fonction des différents moules à blocs.
Caractéristiques principales :
Opération entièrement automatisée : de l'alimentation en matière première, du placement, du pressage par vibration, du démoulage, jusqu'au convoyage du produit fini, au transfert des palettes et à l'empilage, tout est contrôlé automatiquement par un automate programmable (PLC). L'intervention humaine est principalement réservée à la surveillance, à la maintenance et à la préparation des matières premières.
