QT10-15 est une machine de moulage de blocs entièrement automatique, à haute résistance et à haut rendement. Son nom \"QT10-15\" signifie qu'elle peut produire 10 briques de mur standard (400 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes.
Sur la base de la ligne de production de blocs d'air, le prix standard est d'environ 37 000 $. La liste des prix peut légèrement varier en fonction des différents moules à blocs.
Principales caractéristiques :
Opération entièrement automatisée : de l'alimentation en matières premières, du dosage, du pressage par vibration, du démoulage au transport du produit fini, en passant par le transfert et le chargement des palettes, tout est contrôlé automatiquement par un automate programmable (PLC). L'intervention humaine est principalement destinée à la surveillance, à la maintenance et à la préparation des matières premières.
Production à haute efficacité : Capable de produire facilement plus de 19 200 briques aérées par jour (8 heures).
Fonctionnalité polyvalente : En remplaçant divers moules, la QT10-15 peut produire une variété de produits en ciment. Ceux-ci incluent : différents types de blocs : blocs aérés, blocs pleins. Pavés : pavés enherbés, pavés perméables, pavés de place, bordures, etc. Idéal pour les usines de matériaux de construction de petite à moyenne taille et les briqueteries. Projets de valorisation des déchets solides tels que les déchets de construction, les cendres volantes et les scories.
