Son nom, &laquo; QT10-15 &raquo;, signifie qu'elle peut produire 10 briques perfor&eacute;es standard (400 mm &times; 200 mm &times; 200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes.<br>Le prix normal est d'environ 37 000 $ pour une ligne de production de blocs creux ; la liste des prix variera l&eacute;g&egrave;rement selon les diff&eacute;rents moules &agrave; blocs.<br>Caract&eacute;ristiques Cl&eacute;s :<br>Fonctionnement enti&egrave;rement automatique : de l&rsquo;alimentation du mat&eacute;riau, au positionnement, au pressage par vibration, au d&eacute;moulage, au transport du produit fini, au transfert de la palette et &agrave; l&rsquo;empilement, tout est contr&ocirc;l&eacute; automatiquement par un automate programmable (PLC). L&rsquo;intervention humaine est principalement r&eacute;serv&eacute;e &agrave; la surveillance, &agrave; la maintenance et &agrave; la pr&eacute;paration de la mati&egrave;re premi&egrave;re.<br>Production &agrave; Haute Efficacit&eacute; : Peut facilement produire plus de 19 200 briques creuses par jour (8 heures).<br>Fonctionnalit&eacute;s polyvalentes : En changeant diff&eacute;rents moules, la QT10-15 peut produire une vaste gamme de produits en ciment, notamment : Divers blocs : blocs creux, blocs pleins. Briques de pavage : pav&eacute;s-gazon, briques perm&eacute;ables, briques de place, bordures, etc. Id&eacute;al pour les usines de mat&eacute;riaux de construction et de briques de taille moyenne &agrave; grande. Projets de valorisation des d&eacute;chets solides tels que les d&eacute;chets de construction, les cendres volantes et les scories. Production de composants pr&eacute;fabriqu&eacute;s pour divers projets de g&eacute;nie municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Description de la production en usine de la machine &agrave; briques QT10-15<\/strong><br>a. Pour la mati&egrave;re premi&egrave;re, utiliser une chargeuse sur pneus pour la livraison dans la centrale &agrave; b&eacute;ton ; n&eacute;cessite 1 ouvrier.<br>b. Le ciment est livr&eacute; dans le m&eacute;langeur depuis le silo &agrave; ciment par une vis &agrave; ciment.<br>c. Le m&eacute;langeur m&eacute;lange le mat&eacute;riau, puis le livre &agrave; la machine &agrave; briques ; le convoyeur n&eacute;cessite ici 1 ouvrier.<br>d. Apr&egrave;s avoir r&eacute;alis&eacute; les blocs, livrer les blocs &agrave; une empileuse.<br>e. Le chariot &eacute;l&eacute;vateur livre les blocs &agrave; l'aire de maturation ; il n&eacute;cessite 1 ouvrier.<br>f. Zone de maturation : La maturation n&eacute;cessite 10 &agrave; 15 jours, puis retirez les blocs de la palette ; besoin de 1 &agrave; 2 ouvriers.<br>g.
