Son nom, \"QT10-15\", signifie qu'elle peut produire 10 briques creuses standard (400 mm &times; 200 mm &times; 200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes.<br>Le prix normal d'une ligne de production de blocs creux est d'environ 37 000 dollars am&eacute;ricains ; la liste des prix variera l&eacute;g&egrave;rement selon les diff&eacute;rents moules de blocs.<br>Caract&eacute;ristiques cl&eacute;s :<br>Fonctionnement enti&egrave;rement automatique : de l'alimentation en mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res, du placement, du pressage par vibration, du d&eacute;moulage au transfert du produit fini, en passant par le d&eacute;placement des palettes et l'empilage, tout est contr&ocirc;l&eacute; automatiquement par un contr&ocirc;leur logique programmable (PLC). L'intervention humaine est principalement r&eacute;serv&eacute;e &agrave; la surveillance, &agrave; la maintenance et &agrave; la pr&eacute;paration des mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res.<br>Production &agrave; haut rendement : peut facilement produire plus de 19 200 briques creuses par jour (8 heures).<br>Fonctionnalit&eacute; polyvalente : en changeant diff&eacute;rents moules, la QT10-15 peut produire une large gamme de produits en ciment, y compris : divers blocs : blocs creux, blocs pleins. Pav&eacute;s : pav&eacute;s enherb&eacute;s, pav&eacute;s perm&eacute;ables, pav&eacute;s de piazza, bordures, etc. Id&eacute;al pour les usines de mat&eacute;riaux de construction et de briques de taille moyenne &agrave; grande. Projets de valorisation des d&eacute;chets solides tels que les d&eacute;chets de construction, les cendres volantes et les scories. Pour les mati&egrave;res premi&egrave;res, une chargeuse sur roues est utilis&eacute;e pour la livraison &agrave; la centrale &agrave; b&eacute;ton ; cela n&eacute;cessite 1 ouvrier.<br>Le ciment est achemin&eacute; du silo vers le m&eacute;langeur via un convoyeur &agrave; vis sans fin.<br>Le m&eacute;langeur m&eacute;lange les mati&egrave;res, puis les livre &agrave; la machine &agrave; briques ; le convoyeur n&eacute;cessite ici 1 travailleur.<br>D. Apr&egrave;s la fabrication des blocs, ceux-ci sont livr&eacute;s &agrave; un dispositif d'accumulation.<br>Le chariot &eacute;l&eacute;vateur livre les blocs &agrave; la zone de traitement ; n&eacute;cessite 1 ouvrier.<br>f. Zone de traitement : le traitement n&eacute;cessite 10 &agrave; 15 jours, puis les blocs sont retir&eacute;s de la palette ; 1 &agrave; 2 ouvriers sont n&eacute;cessaires.<br>z.
