QT10-15 est une machine à blocs entièrement automatique, performante et à haut rendement. Son nom, \"QT10-15\", signifie qu'elle peut produire 10 blocs de béton creux standard (400 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm) toutes les 15 secondes.
Le revenu annuel moyen est d'environ 37 000 $ dans la production de parpaings ; le montant varie légèrement selon les différents types de blocs de briquettes.
Caractéristiques Clés :
Automatisation Totale : De l'alimentation des pièces, leur positionnement, vissage, retrait, jusqu'à l'évacuation complète du produit, la manutention des palettes et le vissage, tout est contrôlé automatiquement par un automate programmable industriel (API).
