Sa d&eacute;signation de mod&egrave;le indique une capacit&eacute; de production de 4 parpaings standards creux (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 40 secondes, permettant une production quotidienne (8 heures) de 2880 parpaings de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est nettement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des lignes enti&egrave;rement automatiques, mais la production est importante, ce qui entra&icirc;ne une courte p&eacute;riode de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration. Le prix normal serait d'environ 2800 dollars am&eacute;ricains pour une ligne de production de briques creuses ; la liste de prix variera l&eacute;g&egrave;rement en fonction des diff&eacute;rents types de moules &agrave; briques.<br>Fonctionnement et entretien simples.<br>Structure plus simple que les lignes enti&egrave;rement automatiques, taux d'&eacute;chec r&eacute;duit, co&ucirc;ts de maintenance inf&eacute;rieurs et exigences moindres pour les op&eacute;rateurs.<br>Haute puissance du produit. Une force de vibration et une pression hydraulique plus fortes garantissent la densit&eacute; et la qualit&eacute; de la formation des cavit&eacute;s des briques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inconv&eacute;nients : La manipulation des parpaings n&eacute;cessite encore l'utilisation manuelle de chariots, sans atteindre un fonctionnement enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute; de la ligne de production.
