Sa d&eacute;signation de mod&egrave;le indique une capacit&eacute; de production de 4 briques creuses en b&eacute;ton de taille standard (400*200*200mm) toutes les 40 secondes, ce qui se traduit par une capacit&eacute; de production quotidienne (8 heures) de 2880 briques creuses de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est nettement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des lignes enti&egrave;rement automatiques, mais la production reste suffisante, ce qui entra&icirc;ne une p&eacute;riode de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration plus courte. Pour une ligne de fabrication de blocs creux, le prix standard est d'environ 2800 $ ; la liste des prix variera l&eacute;g&egrave;rement en fonction des diff&eacute;rents types de moules &agrave; briques.<br>Op&eacute;ration et entretien de routine.<br>Structure plus simple que les lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, taux de d&eacute;faillance plus faible, co&ucirc;ts de maintenance r&eacute;duits et moindre demande sur les op&eacute;rateurs.<br>Haute puissance de production. Une forte force de compactage et une pression hydraulique &eacute;lev&eacute;e garantissent la densit&eacute; et la qualit&eacute; de moulage des briques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inconv&eacute;nient : L'utilisation de chariots n&eacute;cessite encore une manipulation manuelle des briques de ciment, ne permettant pas d'atteindre une exploitation enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e de la ligne de production.
