Sa d&eacute;signation de mod&egrave;le indique une capacit&eacute; de production de 4 parpaings creux de taille standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 40 secondes, ce qui se traduit par une capacit&eacute; de production quotidienne (8 heures) de 2880 parpaings creux de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est nettement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, mais la production est consid&eacute;rable, ce qui entra&icirc;ne un temps d'amortissement court. Le prix normal pour un ensemble de ligne de production de blocs creux est d'environ 2800 $ ; la liste de prix varie l&eacute;g&egrave;rement selon les diff&eacute;rents types de moules &agrave; pierres.<br>Utilisation et entretien faciles.<br>Structure plus simple que les lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, taux de panne plus faible, co&ucirc;ts de maintenance r&eacute;duits et moins exigeant pour les op&eacute;rateurs.<br>Haute r&eacute;sistance du produit. Une force de vibration plus intense et une pression hydraulique garantissent la densit&eacute; et la qualit&eacute; de forme des &eacute;bauches de pierre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inconv&eacute;nients : N&eacute;cessite encore la manipulation manuelle de pierres de ciment avec des chariots, ne permet pas un fonctionnement enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute; de la ligne de production.
