Son nom de mod&egrave;le indique qu'elle peut produire 4 briques creuses en ciment de taille standard (400*200*200mm) toutes les 40 secondes, ce qui donne une capacit&eacute; de production quotidienne (8 heures) de 2880 briques creuses de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est nettement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, mais la production est suffisante, ce qui entra&icirc;ne une p&eacute;riode de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration plus courte. Pour un ensemble de ligne de fabrication de blocs creux, le prix standard serait d'environ 2800 $ ; la liste des prix variera l&eacute;g&egrave;rement en fonction des diff&eacute;rents types de moules &agrave; briques.<br>Op&eacute;ration et entretien faciles.<br>Structure simple, taux d'&eacute;chec r&eacute;duit, co&ucirc;ts de maintenance inf&eacute;rieurs et exigences moindres pour les op&eacute;rateurs par rapport aux lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es.<br>Haute r&eacute;sistance des produits. La forte force de vibration et la pression hydraulique assurent la densit&eacute; et la qualit&eacute; de moulage des blocs de briques creuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inconv&eacute;nients : L'utilisation de chariots n&eacute;cessite encore une manipulation manuelle des briques de ciment, ne permettant pas d'atteindre un fonctionnement enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute; de la ligne de production.
