Son nom de mod&egrave;le indique sa capacit&eacute; &agrave; produire 4 blocs de ciment creux de taille standard (400*200*200 mm) toutes les 40 secondes, ce qui se traduit par une production quotidienne (sur 8 heures) de 2880 briques creuses de 8 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix est nettement inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, mais la production est consid&eacute;rable, ce qui entra&icirc;ne une p&eacute;riode de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration courte. Le prix normal pour un ensemble de ligne de production de blocs creux serait d'environ 2800 $ ; la liste des prix varie l&eacute;g&egrave;rement en fonction des diff&eacute;rents types de moules &agrave; briques.<br>Fonctionnement et entretien simples.<br>Structure plus simple que les lignes enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, taux de d&eacute;faillance r&eacute;duit, co&ucirc;ts de maintenance inf&eacute;rieurs et exigences moindres pour les op&eacute;rateurs.<br>Haute r&eacute;sistance de production. Une force de vibration puissante et une pression hydraulique assurent la densit&eacute; et la qualit&eacute; de moulage des blocs de briques creuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&eacute;fauts : Il est encore n&eacute;cessaire de manipuler manuellement les briques de ciment &agrave; l'aide de chariots, ce qui emp&ecirc;che d'atteindre une ligne de production enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e.
