Mesin pembuat bata otomatis hidrolik QT4-18 untuk produksi bata berongga dan padat skala menengah<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

QT4-18 adalah mesin pencetak blok berukuran sedang yang sepenuhnya otomatis dan berkinerja tinggi, menawarkan keseimbangan optimal antara biaya investasi, produktivitas, dan kebutuhan ruang. Mesin ini mencapai produksi yang efisien melalui pendekatan \"ritme cepat, batch kecil\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Deskripsi produksi pabrik mesin bata QT4-18<\/strong>
      Bahan baku diantarkan menggunakan loader ke dalam doser, memerlukan 1 pekerja.
      b. Semen dikirim ke dalam pengadun, dari silo semen melalui sebuah sekrup konveyor.
      c. Mixer mencampur bahan-bahan, kemudian mengirimkannya ke mesin bata melalui konveyor, membutuhkan 1 pekerja di sini.
      d. Setelah produksi blok, penerima blok mengirimkannya ke penumpuk.
      e. Forklift mengantarkan balok ke area perawatan, membutuhkan 1 pekerja.
      f. Zona penyembuhan: Penyembuhan memerlukan 10-15 hari, kemudian balok-balok dikeluarkan dari palet; memerlukan 1-2 pekerja.
      Setelah proses curing, blok-blok dilepaskan dari palet, kemudian palet dikirimkan ke mesin pengumpan palet menggunakan forklift. Blok-blok tersebut kemudian ditempatkan di area penyimpanan.
      Total sekitar 5-6 pekerja diperlukan di pabrik dengan mesin bata interlocking otomatis QT4-18.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
