QT4-18은 중형 크기의 완전 자동 고효율 블록 성형기로, 투자 비용, 생산 효율 및 공간 요구 사항 사이의 최적의 균형을 맞춘 기계입니다. \"빠른 속도와 소량 생산\" 방식을 통해 높은 효율의 생산을 달성합니다.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

신속 생산 효율:\n이론적으로 18초마다 표준 중공 벽돌(400*200*200mm) 4개를 생산할 수 있어, 하루(8시간 기준) 6400개의 중공 벽돌을 생산할 수 있습니다.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

합리적인 투자 비용:\n주요 장치 구조가 상대적으로 컴팩트하고 대형 모델(예: QT8-15)에 비해 유압 및 진동 시스템 구성이 더 작기 때문에 생산 라인의 전체 장비 구매 비용이 낮아, 보통 예산을 가진 투자자들에게 매우 매력적입니다.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

작은 공간 점유: 전체 생산 라인(배칭 기계, 컨베이어 벨트, 본체 및 팔레타이저 포함)이 상대적으로 작은 공장 면적만 필요로 하여, 공장 임대 또는 건설 비용을 절감합니다.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QT4-18 벽돌 제조 공장 생산 설명
a. 원자재 사용 휠 로더를 배칭 머신으로 운반하는 데 작업자 1명이 필요합니다.
b. 시멘트 실로에서 시멘트 스크루 컨베이어를 통해 믹서로 시멘트 공급
c. 믹서가 재료를 혼합한 후, 컨베이어를 통해 벽돌 기계로 전달합니다. 여기에는 작업자 1명이 필요합니다.
d. 블록을 생산한 후, 블록 수신기는 블록을 스태커에게 전달합니다.
e. 지게차로 블록을 양생장으로 운반, 작업자 1명 필요
f. 양생 구역: 양생에는 10~15일이 필요하며, 이후 팔레트에서 블록을 꺼냅니다. 작업자 1~2명이 필요합니다.
경화 후, 블록을 팔레트에서 꺼내고, 팔레트는 지게차를 이용해 팔레트 공급 장치로 운반합니다.
