Key Components
A complete QT8-15 production line typically includes the following core components:
Main Unit: The core molding equipment, responsible for material distribution, vibration, pressurization, and demolding.

Workflow Overview
Batching and Mixing: Raw materials are mixed evenly in the batching machine according to the specified proportions.
Conveying: Concrete is conveyed to the main unit’s hopper via a belt conveyor.
Distribution: The hopper evenly fills the molds with the concrete.
Vibration and Pressurization: Under strong vibration and hydraulic pressure, the mold rapidly compacts and shapes the concrete.
Demolding: The shaped brick blanks are ejected from the mold and left on the pallet below.
Conveying and Stacking: The pallets carrying the brick blanks are sent out of the main unit, where a stacker automatically grabs and stacks them.
Curing: The stacked brick blanks are transported to the curing area for water curing to achieve their final strength.
