A QT4-15 é uma máquina de fabricação de blocos de concreto totalmente automática, de tamanho médio e que opera com alta eficiência. Ela atinge o melhor equilíbrio entre custo de investimento, eficiência de produção e espaço necessário. Ela alcança essa alta produção através do método \"alta velocidade e pequenos lotes\".
O preço normal de uma linha de produção de tijolos de cerâmica (blocos vazados) é de cerca de US$ 20.000, e o preço varia de acordo com os moldes e suprimentos adicionais diferentes.
Eficiência de produção rápida: teoricamente, é capaz de produzir 4 tijolos cerâmicos padrão (400*200*200 mm) a cada 15 segundos, o que resulta em uma produção diária (8 horas) de 7680 tijolos.

تشغيل أوتوماتيكي بالكامل: معاها نظام تحكم PLC، بيوصل لأتمتة كاملة من تغذية الخامات، والتشكيل، وفك القوالب، لحد نقل البالات. قسم التكديس ممكن يتجهز بماكينة تكديس أوتوماتيكية أو بنظام توزيع طوب أبسط وأوفر.<\/span>
