QT8-15 é uma máquina de fabricação de blocos totalmente automática e altamente eficiente. Sua principal característica é a alta produtividade, capaz de produzir 8 blocos perfurados padrão (400*200*200 mm) a cada 15 segundos, e até 15.360 blocos perfurados por dia (8 horas).
O preço do conjunto completo padrão será de $32.000, baseado no formato de bloco perfurado; a lista de preços varia ligeiramente dependendo dos diferentes formatos de tijolos.
Características técnicas:
Operação totalmente automática: O PLC utiliza um sistema de controle totalmente automático, integrando todo o processo desde a alimentação do material, conformação, extração do molde até a empilhamento. Possui um alto nível de automação e baixa dependência de trabalho manual.
Sistema de vibração de alta potência: Para alcançar o mesmo efeito de compactação em um ciclo curto, o QT8-15 está equipado com um motor de vibração de baixa potência convencional e um sistema de vibração otimizado, garantindo que o produto mantenha alta velocidade de produção, alta resistência e excelente aparência.
