Principais características da máquina de blocos hidráulica automática móvel QMY10-25<\/strong><\/p>\n

O QMY10-25 é uma máquina de moldagem de blocos de cimento grande, totalmente automática e autopropelida. Não requer edifício fabril fixo ou infraestrutura complexa, podendo se deslocar autonomamente para uma área de cura plana (como uma superfície de concreto). Semelhante a uma galinha botando ovos, ela se move enquanto empilha diretamente os blocos de tijolo moldados no solo, integrando produção, cura e empilhamento.<\/p>\n

Composição da Linha de Produção: Uma linha de produção QMY10-25 é extremamente simples:
Unidade Principal – Máquina móvel de fabricação de tijolos QMY10-25 (integrando o sistema de locomoção, estação hidráulica, sistema de controle e sistema de distribuição de material).<\/p>\n

Equipamento de Alimentação: Normalmente equipado com uma pequena carregadeira ou \"carregador de funil\" para alimentar o material no funil da unidade principal.<\/p>\n

Área de Cura: Uma grande superfície plana e endurecida de concreto, esta é a área central de todo o processo de produção. Os blocos de tijolos são produzidos, estacionados e curados naturalmente aqui.<\/p>\n
