Não requer galpões fixos ou infraestrutura complexa e pode se deslocar autonomamente para áreas de cura niveladas (como superfícies de concreto). Semelhante a uma galinha botando ovos, ela se move enquanto deposita diretamente no solo os blocos pré-moldados, integrando produção, cura e empilhamento.
Um conjunto de linha de produção de blocos vazios com carrinho de transporte terá um custo de aproximadamente 17.000 dólares, e o preço varia ligeiramente dependendo dos diferentes tipos de moldes para blocos.
