    Armoire de Commande PLC: Le cerveau de toute la ligne de production, intégrant un écran tactile pour régler facilement les paramètres et surveiller l’état de fonctionnement.<\/span>
    Aperçu du Processus<\/span>
    Dosage et Mélange: Les matières premières sont mélangées uniformément dans la centrale à béton selon les proportions spécifiées.<\/span>
    Transport: Le béton est transporté vers la trémie de l’unité principale via un convoyeur à bande.<\/span>
    Distribution: La trémie remplit uniformément les moules avec le béton.<\/span>
    Vibration et Pressurisation: Sous une vibration forte et une pression hydraulique, le moule compacte et façonne rapidement le béton.<\/span>
    Démoulage: Les ébauches de briques façonnées sont éjectées du moule et laissées sur la palette en dessous.<\/span>
    Transport et Empilement: Les palettes portant les ébauches de briques sont évacuées de l’unité principale, où un empileur les saisit et les empile automatiquement.<\/span>
