    Palettierer\/Roboter: Stapelt die geformten Ziegelrohlinge automatisch zu Stapeln für einfaches Aushärten und Transport.<\/span>
    PLC-Steuerungsschrank: Das Gehirn der gesamten Produktionslinie, integriert einen Touchscreen zur bequemen Parametereinstellung und Überwachung des Betriebsstatus.<\/span>
    Workflow-Überblick<\/span>
    Dosieren und Mischen: Rohstoffe werden im Betonmischer gemäß den festgelegten Anteilen gleichmäßig gemischt.<\/span>
    Förderung: Beton wird via Bandförderer zum Trichter des Hauptaggregats transportiert.<\/span>
    Verteilung: Der Trichter füllt die Formen gleichmäßig mit Beton.<\/span>
    Vibration und Druckbeaufschlagung: Unter starker Vibration und hydraulischem Druck verdichtet und formt die Form den Beton schnell.<\/span>
    Entformen: Die geformten Ziegelrohlinge werden aus der Form ausgestoßen und verbleiben auf der Palette darunter.<\/span>
    Förderung und Stapelung: Die Ziegelrohlinge tragenden Paletten werden aus dem Hauptaggregat ausgefahren, wo ein Palettierer sie automatisch greift und stapelt.<\/span>
    Aushärten: Die gestapelten Ziegelrohlinge werden zum Aushärtebereich transportiert, wo sie mittels Wasserhärtung ihre Endfestigkeit erreichen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
