QMY10-25 — це велика, повністю автоматична, самохідна машина для формування цементних блоків. Вона не потребує фіксованого виробничого приміщення чи складної інфраструктури та може самостійно переміщуватися на рівну ділянку для твердіння (наприклад, бетонну поверхню). Подібно до курки, що несе яйця, вона рухається, безпосередньо укладаючи сформовані заготовки цегли на землю, поєднуючи виробництво, твердіння та укладання.<\/p>\n

Склад виробничої лінії: Виробнича лінія QMY10-25 є надзвичайно простою:
Головний блок – мобільна машина для виробництва цегли QMY10-25 (інтегрує систему пересування, гідравлічну станцію, систему керування та систему розподілу матеріалів).<\/p>\n

Обладнання для завантаження: Зазвичай оснащується невеликим завантажувачем або \"завантажувачем-бункером\" для подачі матеріалу до бункера основного агрегату.<\/p>\n

Зона твердіння: велика, рівна, затверділа бетонна поверхня, яка є центральною ділянкою всього виробничого процесу. Тут формуються, зберігаються та природним чином тверднуть заготовки цегли.<\/p>\n

Примітка: Не потребує: піддонів, конвеєрів для цегли, систем циркуляції піддонів, штабелерів, навантажувачів для переміщення цегляних заготовок тощо.<\/p>\n
