It retains the core vibration and pressurization functions, but manual operation is used for processes such as board feeding and brick output, achieving a cost-effective combination of “automated core processes and manual auxiliary processes.” The normal price is about $4100 for a whole set of hollow block making line, and the price list will vary a little based on different kinds of block molds. The “4-35” in its model name refers to the ability to produce 4 standard hollow bricks (400*200*200mm) every 35 seconds, theoretically producing 3290 hollow bricks per day (8 hours).
