The QT10-15 is a fully automatic, high-strength, and high-efficiency block molding machine. Its name, “QT12-15,” means it can produce 12 standard hollow bricks (400mm × 200mm × 200mm) every 15 seconds.

Fully Automatic Operation: From material feeding, placement, vibration pressing, demolding, to finished product conveying, pallet transfer, and stacking, everything is automatically controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). Human intervention is mainly for monitoring, maintenance, and raw material preparation.
