The QT4-40 is a compact, high-output semi-automatic block molding machine. Its model designation indicates a production capacity of 4 standard-sized hollow cement bricks (400*200*200mm) every 40 seconds, resulting in a daily (8-hour) production capacity of 2880 8-inch hollow bricks.
During production, manual filling of raw materials and manual brick unloading/forklift transfer are required: the molded brick blanks, along with the pallet, are ejected, and then workers use manual trolleys to transport the stack of brick blanks to the curing area.
