The QT4-40 is a compact, high-output semi-automatic block molding machine. Its model designation indicates a production capacity of 4 standard-sized hollow cement bricks (400*200*200 mm) every 40 seconds, resulting in a daily (8-hour) production capacity of 2880 8-inch hollow bricks.
Price is significantly lower than fully automatic lines, yet output is considerable, resulting in a short payback period. The normal price will be around $2800 for a set of hollow block making line, price list will vary a little based on different kinds of brick moulds.
Simple operation and maintenance.
Simpler structure than fully automatic lines, lower failure rate, lower maintenance costs, and less demanding on operators.
High product strength. Stronger vibration force and hydraulic pressure ensure the density and molding quality of the brick blanks.
Disadvantages:Still requires manual handling of cement bricks using trolleys, not achieving fully automated production line operation.Output limit is constrained by the manual handling speed and cannot be infinitely increased by increasing the cycle time like a fully automatic line.
