QT40c-1 Semi-Automatic na Makina sa Paggawa ng Hollow Block na Interlocking na Semento-Kongkreto

The QT40c-1 or QT4-35 is a semi-automatic block forming machine designed for small investors in areas with limited budgets and low labor costs. It retains the core vibration and pressurization functions, but manual operation is used for processes such as board feeding and brick output, achieving a cost-effective combination of “automated core processes and manual auxiliary processes.”

The “4-35” in its model name refers to the ability to produce 4 standard hollow bricks (400*200*200mm) every 35 seconds, theoretically producing 3290 hollow bricks per day (8 hours).

Production Line Components (Simplified Version)
Main Unit – QT4-25 Block Forming Machine: Core equipment.

Mixer: Such as a JQ350 concrete mixer, used for mixing raw materials.

Trolley/Feeder: The mixed material is manually transported to the main unit’s hopper using a trolley or a simple lifting hopper.

Manual Board Feeding: Operators manually place empty pallets (trays) under the machine’s forming table.

Manual brick unloading: After molding, the brick blanks, along with the pallets, are ejected and transported to the curing area by workers using manual forklifts or by direct handling.

Note: The QT4-35 does not have a fully automatic pallet circulation system, automatic brick unloading machine, or stacking machine.
