Main features of QMY10-25 Movable Automatic hydraulic block machine
The QMY10-25 is a large, fully automatic, self-propelled cement block molding machine. It requires no fixed factory building or complex infrastructure, and can move autonomously to a flat curing area (such as a concrete surface). Like a hen laying eggs, it moves while directly stacking the formed brick blanks on the ground, integrating production, curing, and stacking.
Production Line Composition: A QMY10-25 production line is extremely simple:
Main Unit – QMY10-25 mobile brick making machine (integrating the walking system, hydraulic station, control system, and material distribution system).
Feeding Equipment: Typically equipped with a small loader or “hopper loader” to feed material to the main unit’s hopper.
Curing Area: A large, flat, hardened concrete surface, this is the core area of the entire production process. Brick blanks are produced, stationary, and naturally cured here.
Note: It does not require: pallets, brick conveyors, pallet circulation systems, stackers, brick blank transfer forklifts, etc.
