Der QMY6-25 ist eine große, vollautomatische und selbstfahrende Zementsteinformmaschine. Sie benötigt kein festes Fabrikgebäude oder komplexe Infrastruktur und kann eigenständig zu einem ebenen Aushärtebereich (wie einer Betonfläche) fahren. Wie eine Henne, die Eier legt, bewegt sie sich fort und stapelt die geformten Rohlinge direkt auf dem Boden, wobei Produktion, Aushärtung und Stapelung integriert werden.

Zusammensetzung der Produktionslinie: Eine QMY6-25-Produktionslinie ist äußerst einfach:
Hauptaggregat – QMY6-25 mobile Ziegelsteinmaschine (integriert das Fahrwerk, die Hydraulikanlage, das Steuerungssystem und das Materialverteilungssystem).

Beschickungsausrüstung: In der Regel mit einem kleinen Lader oder "Trichterlader" ausgestattet, um Material zum Trichter der Haupteinheit zu fördern.

Aushärtebereich: Eine große, ebene, gehärtete Betonfläche, die den Kernbereich des gesamten Produktionsprozesses darstellt. Hier werden Ziegelrohlinge hergestellt, stationär gelagert und natürlich ausgehärtet.

Hinweis: Es werden keine Paletten, Ziegeltransporter, Palettenumlaufsysteme, Stapelgeräte, Ziegelrohling-Transfer-Gabelstapler usw. benötigt.
