The QT4-25 is a classic and best-selling small fully automatic block molding machine, suitable for small and medium-sized investors, township enterprises, and companies that produce building materials using industrial waste (such as fly ash, slag, mineral slag, construction waste, etc.).

Its model designation indicates a production capacity of 4 standard hollow bricks (400×200×200mm) every 25 seconds, theoretically producing 4680 standard hollow bricks per day (8 hours).

Structure: Manufactured using high-strength, high-precision castings and special welding techniques and materials, the machine body is stable, ensuring long-term operational stability.

Molding Method: Mechanical vibration and hydraulic pressurization. Through the combined vibration of the mold and the pressurization of the hydraulic system, the concrete material achieves high density, ensuring the strength of the brick blanks.

Control System: Employs a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a touchscreen human-machine interface, offering a high degree of automation, simple operation, and the ability to store multiple recipes for easy switching between different product production.

Batching Machine: Automatically or semi-automatically batches cement, aggregates (stone, sand), fly ash, and other raw materials according to preset proportions. Mixer: Typically a JS350 or 500 type forced concrete mixer, which thoroughly mixes the prepared raw materials and water.

Belt Conveyor: Used to transport the mixed concrete material to the main machine’s hopper.
