Price is significantly lower than fully automatic lines, yet output is considerable, resulting in a short payback period. The normal price will be around $2800 for a set of hollow block making line, price list will vary a little based on different kinds of brick moulds.

Disadvantages:Still requires manual handling of cement bricks using trolleys, not achieving fully automated production line operation.Output limit is constrained by the manual handling speed and cannot be infinitely increased by increasing the cycle time like a fully automatic line.
During production, manual filling of raw materials and manual brick unloading/forklift transfer are required: the molded brick blanks, along with the pallet, are ejected, and then workers use manual trolleys to transport the stack of brick blanks to the curing area.
