The QT2-25 is a small, semi-automatic, hydraulically driven brick-making machine. Its core feature is the use of a powerful and stable hydraulic system to replace manual pressing, significantly reducing operator workload and improving production efficiency and quality stability.

Hydraulic Transmission:
This is the most fundamental difference between it and the QMY2-40. An electric motor drives a hydraulic pump to generate high-pressure oil, which in turn drives the cylinders to perform work, providing stable and high pressure for brick forming.

The number “25” typically represents its nominal pressure of 250kN (approximately 25 tons of force).

Semi-Automatic Operation: The operator only needs to manually load and remove the bricks; the main compaction and demolding actions are automatically completed by the hydraulic system (via control of the directional valve handle).

Compared to the purely manual QMY2-40, this significantly reduces labor intensity and increases production efficiency.

Pressure Forming, Wide Applicability: Relying on powerful hydraulic pressure, it can compress various fine-particle, plastic raw materials into high-density bricks.

Main raw materials include: clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, slag, etc. It can also handle cement concrete materials, but the surface finish of the finished product may not be as smooth as the vibration-molded QT40-3C.

Compact structure, fixed installation: Although equipped with a motor, the overall structure is relatively compact. It usually needs to be fixed on a solid foundation to ensure stability during operation.
