QT4-10 is a fully automatic, hydraulic transmission brick making machine. It realizes the automation of the entire process of feeding, pressing, and demolding, and only requires auxiliary feeding equipment to achieve continuous batch production.
Its characteristics are strong hydraulic pressure and fully automatic operation. The operator only needs to set the program on the control panel, and the machine can automatically complete the entire cycle of: mold box in place → automatic quantitative feeding → vibration preloading → high-pressure hydraulic pressing → automatic demolding and pushing out of brick blanks → mold box reset. Greatly reduces reliance on manpower, typically requiring only 1-2 people to monitor equipment and transport bricks.
